Skate Policy

Skating can be a hazardous activity and is entirely at your own risk. Children under 13 years must be accompanied on the ice by an adult 18+ at all times. Whilst skating you must follow the rules displayed. Skating aids are available for £5 but only in limited numbers, these can be pre-booked when you book your skate tickets. All tickets for Preston on Ice are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or credited for future sessions. This policy ensures we can manage our sessions safely and efficiently for all visitors. We kindly ask you to double-check your booking details before completing your purchase, and to plan ahead for your visit. Thank you for your understanding.
