Weekdays + Sunday (Term Time) Glide into a calmer, more comfortable experience with our SEN + Parent & Toddler Skate Sessions. Designed with reduced noise, fewer skaters and a more relaxed atmosphere, these sessions provide a supportive space for guests to enjoy the ice at their own pace. *Please note this is a combined SEN + Parent & Toddler Session.
Skate Policy
Skating can be a hazardous activity and is entirely at your own risk. Children under 13 years must be accompanied on the ice by an adult 18+ at all times. Whilst skating you must follow the rules displayed. Skating aids are available for £5 but only in limited numbers, these can be pre-booked when you book your skate tickets. On arrival at the rink please have your confirmation or booking name ready. All bookings for Preston on Ice are non-refundable. Once purchased, bookings cannot be exchanged for cash or credited for future sessions. This policy ensures we can manage our sessions safely and efficiently for all visitors. We kindly ask you to double-check your booking details before completing your purchase, and to plan ahead for your visit. During off peak sessions we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your session start time and during peak hours we recommend arriving half an hour prior to the start of your session, this will allow you enough time to check in and change into your skates before your time on the ice starts.
